Should you join our Information Technology function, you will have the opportunity to work on IT Risk and Quality Management for supporting strategic business growth and development in accordance with the Bank and Group policies and framework. Moreover, you will be part of a strong team in a large development workplace in IT industry with excellent career prospects and extensive training and learning support. Designing and delivering the best solutions as well as maintaining the stability and security of different computer systems will be your critical mission. You will contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and increasing the productivity of the user departments.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant IT Risk and Quality Manager.

Principal responsibilities

• Monitor and manage IT risks in accordance with the Bank and Group policies and framework
• Provide First Line Defence on Risk and Control Management on IT Development, IT Security and Infrastructure Support
• Coordinate audit and IT SOX activities to ensure governance and compliance
• Provide management information and reporting for the Bank and Group to facilitate monitoring and management decisions
• Monitor and manage IT Quality and drive quality improvement initiatives and process re-engineering for continuous improvement
• Evaluate the effectiveness of quality controls and establish/review quality measurement metrics

Requirements

• Degree or above in Technology, Information Systems or a related discipline
• Strong track record in collaborating with relevant IT teams, business units and functions
• Strong attentiveness to detail, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Ability to work under high pressure and commit to deadline and quality
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
