Responsibilities:

• Provide technical/desk side support, training for internal users;
• Configure and maintain web server, email server, Linux, Windows and SQL servers;
• Support and troubleshoot in network, hardware and software issues;
• Handle daily systems maintenance, system and network monitoring;
• Install, maintain, monitor and document all information technology assets including but not limited to: 

• Physical network infrastructure i.e. cabling, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.;
• Application software products;
• Server and personal computer operating system software;
• E-mail server;
• Data backup and redundancy;
• Security policies and procedures;

• Perform network troubleshooting and diagnosing to resolve technical issues;
• Facilitates the effective and efficient improvement and implementation;
• Liaise with various vendors on hardware/ software/ service maintenance and equipment/ service procurement;
• Evaluate new technologies and platforms to determine applicability to resolve business challenges
• Assist in system implementation;
• Prepare reports, business correspondences, procedures and manuals as required
• Other ad hoc duties;

Requirement:

• Bachelor in Information System / Computer Science is required;
• At least 2 years related working experience in IT support operations, Windows Server Administration, Systems/ Network supports and troubleshooting is a must;
• Solid experience and excellent in server management (Windows & Linux), software, hardware, LAN, Network installation, configuration and maintenance;
• Energetic, active, excellent organization skill, analytical mindset, and problem solving skill;
• Good coordination, communication and interpersonal skill;
• Travel to offices in China, Taiwan, US and Canada by needed;
• Good in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• More related working experience will be considered as IT Manager;
