Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operation including bank reconciliation, A/P, A/R, data-entry
• Handle month-end closing and prepare accounts statement
• Handle Human Resources duties including MPF contribution, Income Tax report, payroll arrangement
• Provide reception and general office administration supports including order stationery and office commodity
• Handle outgoing duties including bank, post office, government department
• Support marketing and designer teams clerical works if assigned

Requirements: 

• Form 7 or above
• With Secretarial certificate or LCCI Intermediate are an advantage
• 1 full year work expiring in Administrative or Reception or Accounting
• Proficient with Microsoft office and Chinese word processing
• Average in both spoken and written English and Chinese; can speak in Mandarin is an advantage
• Self-motivated, stable, responsible and willing to communication with different level of people
• Willing to work at small size and new developed company
• Immediate available is a MUST
