RESPONSIBILITIES   :

• Contribute to the assessment on the feasibility of potential business projects and execution of business and investment transactions
  
  
• Participate in corporate finance initiatives including merger and acquisitions, fund raising activities
  
  
• Assist in ad-hoc projects

REQUIREMENTS   :

• University graduate or holder of professional qualification in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration
  
  
• 1-2 years experience in Accounting and Finance 
  
  
• Strong analytical skills with good business sense
  
  
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Good PC skills on MS office
  
  
• Proactive, independent, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  
  
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
  
  
• Short notice or immediate available is highly preferred
