Principal Job Elements and Responsibilities
The Business Development Team in China facilitates Global Payment Services for Chinese sellers, freelancers and affiliates involved in cross border e-commerce.
Payoneer is looking for a highly-talented Team Leader - Inside Sales Management who has the ability to build and manage our China telemarketing teams in Hong Kong.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the teams to work with Business Relationship Management team and Biz Dev team to filter and convert the potential leads to customers

Accomplish targeted sales goals and execute company’s business development plan

Build the telemarketing team and create sales script, sales tools, etc.

Collect information, analysis date and file reports to management team

Report to Director of Business Development, China on a regular basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and above, fluent in Mandarin and English speaking and professional writing skills
- 3+ years of inside sales experience, experience of building and managing team is a strong plus
- Excellent in teamwork with highly self-motivated and innovative mind
- Experience in cross-border e-commerce, online payment, or familiarity with risk control of cross-border transactions is preferred.
