Our clients are Chinese investment advisory / Investment Management Group with Business in both HK /China / Greater China. To cope with their rapid expansion, they are urgently looking for various Level of ASSOCIATE(S) to join their elite team.

Your Key Role 

• Conduct in-depth  research and Investment reports for assigned Region and mainly focus on real estate, logistics, property sectors
• Sound knowledge of M&A investment, DD Skills, PRC Taxation 
• Strong Financial Modeling and cash flow analysis, Budget forecast 
• Develop financial or earnings models for portfolio
• Update markets and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned.

You Require 

• Degree holder in Finance / Accounting or related disciplines, MBA or CFA candidate preferred;
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experiences in equity research / other investment related research fields, Associate Level  
• Holder of license for CFA / ACCA is a plus
• Candidate with Big 4 experience is highly preferred (Real Estate Sectors)
• Solid research capability plus M&A investment experience 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines under pressure;
• Detail-oriented and high standard for accuracy;
• Good communication & interpersonal skills;
• Good PC skills in particular Excel modeling;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin)
