Responsibilities: 

• Strategic & Investment Planning: Identify potential global investment opportunities in worldwide and generate acquisition analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence;
• Responsible for Business Development and Investment strategies providing analysis and advice for company strategic planning;
• P&L Management: Manage financial modeling for existing company and Joint Venture assets to ensure capital growth;
• Market Analysis: to manage market research to support investment strategy recommendations;
• Identify and handle Overseas (Including American, Europe, and Asia Market etc.) M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) projects.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree or above in real estate, finance, surveying or property related disciplines;
• Min 7 years of experience in oversea M&A, corporate finance industry with an in-depth understanding of the market；
• Successful track record of managing global investment portfolio；
• Deep technical knowledge so as to be able to conduct detailed real estate analysis；
