We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic account coordinator to join its growing team in Hong Kong. Based in the agency’s creative space in Aberdeen, the account coordinator will work on key fashion and luxury brands.

Key responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to assist across a variety of PR, social media, event and communications functions
• Assist in research projects and the compilation of reports and documents
• Update media lists and reach out to media contacts
• Help assist in the management of our showroom
• Help organize and provide support at client events
• Develop written materials and content of the highest quality including press materials of all kinds

Key requirements and skills

• University Graduate
• Digital native and social media savvy
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in English. Cantonese is a plus.
• A passion for luxury and fashion
• A proactive and can do attitude
• Knowledge of the media landscape in Hong Kong and South East Asia
