Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle operational issues of exhibitions
- Co-ordination with both internal & external parties
- Ensure all deadlines are met
- Plan & co-ordinate projects, conferences, concurrent events and relevant activities
- Prepare marketing materials and reports
- Recruitment of exhibitors and buyers
Requirements:
- Degree holder with min 3 years working experience (candidate with more experience maybe considered the position of (Assistant Manager)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, CorelDraw, Powerpoint & Chinese Word Processing, etc)
- Good team player, outgoing, detail minded and flexible
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Good typing speed in both English and traditional Chinese
- Able to work under pressure
- Previous experience in events and exhibitions a definite advantage
- Non-degree holders with exhibition organizer experience are welcomed to apply
