Job Duties: 

• Monitor & coordinate of technical crew for general repairing of building
• Handle tenant’s complaint
• Handle regular checking / maintenance for E&M systems of buildings
• Liaison & coordination with contractor
• Liaison with government departments and utilities companies
• Building material sourcing & ordering

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying or equivalent
• 3 years related experience
• Independent, initiative and good communication skill
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
