Main Responsibilities:

• Payment applications to clients,
• Payment collection follow up,
• Preparation of Subcontract/Works Order/Purchase Order,
• Checking and certification of the subcontract payments,
• Measurement and settlement of accounts with clients/subcontractors,
• Assistance in tendering.

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Building studies,
• 1-2 years relevant experience, 
• Computer literacy in EXCEL, WORD,
• Based in office, with practical site experience preferred,
• Head Office at Kowloon Bay area
