Responsibilities:

˙        Assist department head in sourcing and ordering services and materials

˙        Negotiate the price and purchasing terms with key suppliers

˙        Maintain good relationships with key suppliers and user department

˙        Frequent travel to Macau is required

Requirements:

˙        Diploma holder or above in purchasing, management studies or related discipline

˙        Minimum of 5 years' relevant working experience in F&B industry

˙        Committed, hardworking, responsible, and well-organized

˙        Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule

˙        Strong negotiation, communication and organization skills

˙        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)

˙        Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Chinese Word Processing
