Job Description

• Propose, process & follow up of from order confirmation to delivery. Work closely with Paris team with arrange and prioritize shipment to make sure deliveries are on schedule.
• Collect weekly & monthly reports, sales & qualitative reports on sales, KPI, and stock situation. Close monitoring of clients’ stock & to actively propose re-order opportunities. Support the Wholesale Manager & team on specific business & commercial analysis.
• Support the Wholesale Manager & team during the buying sessions: clients OTB review & proposal, appointment schedule , collect feedback, buying review & analysis to ensure commercial guideline and ratios are well respected.
• Manage quality claim & returns in coordination with the Customer Service team & clients on regular basis. Follow up of all credit issues.
• Organize product training at site, and proactively offer support to the Client to foster their sales.

 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail/ wholesale sales, preferably in fashion industry
• Degree holder in Business Administration/ Fashion & textile background or the related is preferred.
• Firm understanding of fashion market and good product knowledge.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and client management skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in pivot table.
• High proficiency in MS Excel; SAP proficiency is a plus.
• Frequent travel required.
