• Experience in trademark handling is an advantage
• Fresh graduate will also be considered as Trainee with training
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office (Word ,Excel, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, willing to work under pressure;
• Good communication, telephone manners and interpersonal skill
• Willing to learn and interested in Trademark industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare necessary documents for various IP matters
• Perform administrative duties in the daily operation
• Assist and handle ad hoc assignments assigned by superior officers
