Report to the General Manager, the Senior Leasing Manager is required to participate in all aspects of the Group’s property leasing, operations, management, projects and assignments.

Responsibilities

• Leasing the Group’s investment properties.
• Develop and maintain good relations with property agents.
• Ability to give professional presentation on leasing properties.
• Generate and manage property information and record.
• Follow up all matters on properties management, leasing, sales and rental collections.
• Soliciting new investment and business opportunities.
• Participate in the property management of the Group’s renovation and investment properties.
• Monitor progress and costs of development / renovation projects.
• Co-ordination with Project partners and liaise with government departments, tenants, building consultants and contractors.
• Carrying out market evaluations including site visits, comparable and demographic.
• Ensure all assignments are completed on time, on brief and on budget.
• Perform any other works as from time to time required by the Group.

Requirements

• A degree in real estate or a related discipline.
• Proven record of at least 8-10 years of properties sales, leasing and management experiences gained from established real estate companies and developers.
• Good property markets knowledge and information.
• Good relationship and connection with property agents.
• Accounting knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problems solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing ability.
• Good knowledge of computer and software applications.
• Strong sense of responsibility, able to work under pressure, good teamwork and communication ability. Occasional work outside Hong Kong is required.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
