Job Responsibilities:

• Manages existing after-sales services portfolio in Hong Kong & Macau for Mechanical Handling & Lifting Installation business.
• Builds and maintains good relations with the key customers, to ensure their retention and satisfactions, maintain high conversion rate for services contracts, obtain their new requirements, and provide proposal to rectify defects promptly
• Achieves annual budget of profits by offering term maintenance & service contracts, repair service, and proposal for overhaul, upgrade, and refurbishment for existing and new customers
• Actively develops and implements service programs to explore new business opportunities in building products and new items in product portfolio
• Manages existing sub-contractors and identifies new one for continuous improvement in work effectiveness
• Handles customer complaints and emergency service requests immediately, attend to the site during non-office hours or on statutory holidays if necessary
• Supervises work activities of technicians and sub-contractors, including their observance of productivity, safety levels and statutory requirements, and assist the project manager in workforce planning and technical support for new installations
• Makes sure the execution of maintenance process and repairing work with good quality standard, and improve the competence of technicians by assigning them to attend manufacturers’ or other suitable trainings
• Motivates technicians and provides them skills for effective communication with customers and reporting to managers
• Manages the work environment and facility of the workshop and make sure the equipment and tools work effectively

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 5 years after sales experience in E&M machinery industry with at least 2 years at supervisory level
• Experience in Building Maintenance Units, Cranes & Hoists, Aerial Work Platforms, Combustion Engines and statutory certification for the above is an advantage
• Previous experience in tendering service contracts of government and private sectors and outsourcing jobs to sub-contractors.
• With outstanding customer service awareness, ability to quickly establish stable customer relationship, and intensive knowledge of service operation
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an asset
• Hands-on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. AutoCAD is an asset.
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work under pressure and customer oriented
