Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answer general telephone enquiry
- Handle and follow up customer's complaints and problems
- Foster and maintain excellent relationship with a diverse range of external customers and internal departments
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above & must with 5 passes in HKCEE
- With relevant experience is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Good PC knowledge
- Talkative, hard working, be responsible and good team player
