Job Description

Main Responsibilities & Requirements

Responsible for shipping documents (80%) and office administration (20%) duties, knowledge in trading industry is an advantage
Independently work on the preparation, submission, recording & filing of import & export shipping and banking documents
Familiar with Documentary Credit and UCP 600 regulation
1 - 3 years relevant experience with solid experience in preparing & handling I/E & LC documents
Team work spirit, flexible and ability to work under complexity and pressure
Proficiency in English writing and reading is required, while fluent Mandarin is a plus
Occasional work out of office when necessary
