Shipping Clerk

Requirements

•  Form 7 or DSE above
•  Handle full set of I/E shipping documents independently (Including China I/E Declaration)
•  Issue PO and Invoice to factories and client(Familiar in Mastersoft is an advantage)
•  Minimum 5 years working experience
•  Good English, Chinese & Mandarin command.
•  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
•  Liaison with our factory, forwarders & transportation companies
•  Immediately available is preferred
•  5 day work weekly
•  Perform any other Shipping and HR duties as assigned

•  Liaising with factories and overseas customers
•  Handle full set of I/E shipping documents 
•  Assisting in order follow-up
