Job Description

• Suggest, implement and enforce the compliance policy and procedures
• Conduct the factory audit to ensure in compliance with all required standards
• Review the compliance policy and enhance the factory regulatory grading
• Spearhead all compliance reporting with relevant internal and external parties
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder
• Well experienced in factory audit and assessment, preferably in garment industry
• Knowledge in quality management, social compliance standards, international compliance standard requirements for primarily US & Europe
• HR & Admin experience will be an advantage
• Proactive and tactful mind with proficient interpersonal and project management skills
• Reliable, corporate centered & honorable ethics
• Fluent in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Less experience will be considered as Compliance Officer
