Job Responsibilities:

This is an entry level role, if you like to pursue your career within the conference and seminar industry, we love to hear from you. Below is the primary responsibility:

•          Research and identify relevant people to attend events
•          Conduct warm/cold calls to potential attendees and discover new prospects for the company
•          Invite and pitch potential attendees to attend our conferences
•          Basic administrative support

Requirements:

• Fluent in Japanese, English and Cantonese 
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Hard working, reliable and independent
• Willing to travel
• Immediate availability required
