Responsibilities:

• Monitor performance of 5 retail shops to maximize sales and profits, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
• Ensure the implementation and execution of sales and promotional activities as well as the smooth operations at store level
• Manage quality service standards and translate customer requirements into strategies and processes

Requirements:

• University graduate
• Minimum 5 years retail operations experience of which 3 years experience in fashion retail managerial level, preferably in fashion apparel field
• Less experience will be considered as Area Manager to monitor performance of 5 Retail shops
• Energetic, independent with self-initiative
• Excellent communication & people management skills
• Good sense of responsibility and customer service oriented
• Pleasant and enthusiastic personality
• Good English and Mandarin
