Job duties:

• Handle incoming call on vendor / customer enquiries on online business and related services
• Support sales team work, include but not limited to preparation of invoices & reports
• Follow up after-sales service
• Take up ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• 2 year relevant working experience
• Diploma holder or above
• Willing to work SHIFT duty including weekends and public holidays
• Knowledge on mobile products and services will be an advantage
• Responsible, independent, pro-active, self-motivated, customer-oriented and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in PC skills (MS Word / Excel / Chinese Word Processing)
• Immediately available is preferred
