Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to monitor, implement & improve the Food Safety Management System (ISO 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP & 5S)
• Conduct the shop hygiene audits and prepare the audit reports
• Follow customer complaints and analysis the customer surveys
• Facilitate internal audits and prepare the audit reports
• Prepare the training materials and provide hygiene training to the food handlers
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Food Science / Food Technology or related discipline
• 2-3 years working experience in food processing QA is preferred
• Knowledge of ISO22000, ISO9001, HACCP and food regulations in Hong Kong
• Good communication and presentation skills of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Computer literacy in MS Officer applications
• Accurate, self-motivated and responsibility

Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Quality Assurance Officer.
