Summary  

UBM Asia is seeking a Senior Analyst to join the Digital Innovation & Business Intelligence team. This position is full time, based in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work for one of the world's largest global trade exhibition organisers.  

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of marketing platform and database system with minimal supervision
• Support usage roadmaps of marketing and other analytical systems across Asia-Pacific offices
• Support day-to-day performance and issue resolution for business process design, data QA, data transfer/migration,  user training, documentation and business analytics/decision support
• Deliver system trainings to audience at all levels of the organization
• Support usage roadmaps of marketing and other analytical systems across Asia-Pacific offices
• Collaborate closely with other departments, branch offices and vendors over project lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree holder with 2+ years of relevant experience
• Solid experience with data transformations, data structure, data systems/tools and related software and data management policies
• Strong data skills and analytical problem solving capabilities
• Self-motivated, good team player, able to work independently, and willing and able to align with project management’s priority
• Detail-minded and organised
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Abilities to build cross functional and external relationships
• Ability to travel in the Asia-Pacific region
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Experience working with SQL, Tableau or MS Access is an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
