Job Description
Our client is a leading Italian retailer Sourcing Office in Hong Kong, with main business activities in sourcing Hardgoods, Electronics, Homeware and Quality assurance (QE Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Social Compliance) in numerous Far East markets.
They are now seeking motivated and talented candidates for the position of Order Specialist Assistant Merchandiser to be employed in their Hong Kong Headquarters
Assistant Merchandiser (Order Management)
Job Duties:
- Follow up the order confirmation
- Monitor Production/Inspection time and shipment arrangement
- Data entry of shipment
- Database management (Data input in Apex , master file, SOP And COC management)
- Assist merchandiser for showroom management and sample handling.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic aspects of Export procedures, logistics and transportation
- Ability with Documents management
- Good interpersonal skills
