Responsibilities:  

• Prepare monthly financial statements and management accounts on timely basis
• Prepare schedule, financial analysis, management reporting and etc. to support management decision
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Assist in continuous improvement of accounting process and procedures
• Assist in annual audit and prepare audit schedule
• Work with colleagues in different countries and maintain business operations
• Other ad-hoc assignments  

 Requirements:  

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related discipline
• At least 5 years' experience in Accounting, preferably in Interior Design field
• Integrity, strong sense of responsibilities, work independently and problem solving skills
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, flexible, team player, able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with Putonghua preferable
• Proficient in MS office applications including Excel, Word, Power Point and common software
• Knowledge of Peachtree accounting software is an advantage 
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
