Job Description:

• Handle full set account and arrange treasury function
• Support invoice issuing and cash collection;
• Keep updated bank record and keep accurate receivable & payable reconciliations;
• Participate in all periodic closing and prepare monthly management reports and analysis;
• Liaise with various departments, holding company, other related company and bank;
• Handle account department full range and day-to-day office administration duties;
• Matching POS system data;
• Salary calculation payroll handling;
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required;
• 5-day work

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above, University degree graduate preferred, major in accounting;
• Minimum 3 years working experience of accounting duties in restaurant;
• Hands on PC skills and familiar with computerized accounting system;
• Must be initiative, independent and hard-working;
• Must handle MULTI task;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure;
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin; and
