Job Duties

Report to Team Leader, you will take early responsibilities and start conducting business development activities. You will liaise with new clients/ employers and directly interact with business contacts at hiring decision making levels on all recruitment matters. You will be enabled to conduct effective candidate interviews as well as market research. You will own the recruitment processes of all job orders you have brought into company and ensure the jobs to be filled with execution excellence. You will initiate your daily actions plan and achieve the KPIs/ targets set by yourself and company. You will collaborate with other recruitment consultants as a team for maximizing placements.

To ensure your success and growth in this role, we will provide comprehensive on-boarding trainings from day one onwards across areas such as Recruitment Fundamental Know-how, Effective Interviewing Skills, Effective Corporate Communication Skills, Conflicts/ Objections Handling, Leadership, Transformational Selling Techniques, etc. Since recruitment is an “All or nothing” business, a highly motivated commission scheme has been designed for our achieving consultants.

Requirements

You should be a bachelor degree holder of any disciplines/ concentrations. You should speak fluent English and Chinese. You should possess strong sense of entrepreneurship and be able to initiate new relationships with business contacts. You should be a quick learner and willing to learn from mistakes. You should be diligent and eager to “learn and earn”. You should be highly positive and energetic. You should be collaborative and happy to work effectively with others as a good team player. Fresh university graduates/ candidates with less than 3 years of full time working experience are welcomed.
