Responsibilities:

• Assist Manager to draft/prepare meeting agenda, report, quotation and business correspondence
• Provide full range of Administrative support
• Handling in & out stock
• Providing clerical and administrative support to the team
• Liaising with local suppliers to deal with sales invoice issues
• Coordinating with internal and external parties on material logistics arrangement
• Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required
  
  

Requirements:

• Associate Degree or Degree holder  
• 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese Word Processing
• Well-organized, good in communication skills and attention to details
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
