Responsibilities:

* Learn and practice how to solve problems about after sales operation and routine management

* Assist operation manager to handle customer services duties, bank transaction control,

* Mentor will be assigned for suitable candidate so that on the job training will be provided

Requirements:

* University graduate with at least 2 years experience in the scope of customer service or/ and after sales operation or /and vehicle management or/ and personal assistant.

* Good typing, writing, presentation and marketing skills.

* Optimistic, reliable, attention to details and able to work overtime and under pressure.

* Passionate about cars and driving, eager to have driving experience

* Hands-on experience in Microsoft Word & Excel, basic knowledge of spoken and written English and spoken Cantonese

* Driving License 1, 2 and solid experience on handling license ownership transfer documentation is an advantage 

* Mortgage knowledge, IT device setting up, web design, photo editing, event organization, marketing experience is definitely an advantage

* Fresh graduate will be considered as After Sales Operation / Customer Serivice Officer Trainee
