Responsibilities:

• To provide administrative support for daily operation of Chinese Medicine Clinic;
• To perform general clerical and secretarial support to the centre;
• To assist in preparation of publicity materials, written reports and proposals;
• To assist in organizing seminars, meetings and other promotional events;
• To liaise and coordinate with partner organizations;
• To perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate;
• Work with government and NGO experience is preferable;
• Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (including Putonghua) and English;
• Proficient PC knowledge in MS office and Chinese work processing;
• With relevant administrative experience is preferable;
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Executive Officer;
• Immediately availability is highly preferred.

Yan Chai Hospital - Hong Kong Baptist University Chinese Medicine Centre for Training and Research (Yan Chai)
