Location : Near Tuen Mun West Rail Station 

Responsibilities: 

• Report to Managing Director (Expatriate) & Accounting Manager 
• Implement full spectrum of human resources and administration function including recruitment, payroll, MPF, database management, attendance system etc.
• Managing office supplies and procurement, arrange facility and equipment maintenance, etc.
• Plan and organize company staff benefits and activities, e.g. annual dinner, etc.
• Provide secretarial support to Managing Director on daily and meeting schedules, overseas travel planning, database management
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or above 
• 3 -5 years HR & Admin.experience 
• Relevant experience in logistics , catering or hospitality industry will be an advantage
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance and other employment-related legislations
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Detailed-minded, highly motivation, independence and ability to work under pressure
• Able to work in multi-national working environment
• Proficiency in PC operations such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Immediately available is preferred
