Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop appropriate HR processes and policies to keep the Company at a competitive position and in compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Provide a full spectrum of human resources functions, prepare material and data for management reports, meetings andsupport in review of HR policies.
• Reviewing, restructuring and implementing compensation and benefits programs such as annual salary review, insurance benefits and bonuses.
• Oversee the HRIS improvement and analyse along with the HR Operations and Payroll.
• Proficient in written English and Chineseas the incumbent will be required to formulate and review office manuals and policies.
• To handle ad-hoc report as required.
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources ManagementorBusinessStudies or related.
• 5+years’ relevant solid experience insupervisorylevel an asset in sizable organization;
• Comprehensive knowledge in Compensation & Benefits and recruitment.
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinances and related regulations.
• Detail minded,good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with people of all levels across the Company;
• Good skills in managing spreadsheets and data analysis using MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, good team player, tactful and service oriented.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Salary negotiable depends on qualifications & experience.
