Responsibilities:

• Handle general accounting entries and related matters, mainly deal with rental related and utilities expenses;
• Handle full set of account for small sized companies;
• Preparation of month end closing matters, including schedules preparation, ledgers and control accounts reconciliation;
• Assist in facilitation of Tenancy Agreement;
• Maintain proper filing system;
• Other ad hoc duties
  
  

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Accounting, with LCCI higher level or relevant accounting qualification. Degree Holder preferably (fresh graduate will also be considered)
• 1-2 years’ experience with knowledge in accounting is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Working knowledge in SAP system is an advantage
• Hardworking and able to work independently
• Willing and able to meet tight deadline
• Responsible, detail-minded and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
