Job Purpose:

This position is mainly responsible for handling receipt and payment activities in daily operation. 

Principal Accountabilities:

• Responsible for day to day operation in Account Receivable and ensure vouchers & receipt are properly & timely processed according to internal control & procedure
• Responsible for day to day operation in Account Payable and ensure vouchers & payment are properly & timely processed according to internal control & procedure
• Assist in month-end closing and inter-co reconciliation
• Prepare aging analysis for Account Receivable and other monthly reports
• Ensure pricing information is accurately and timely updated in the system
• Calculate agent commission and customer rebate
• Perform cash flow forecast
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

• Diploma and above with formal accounting training
• LCCI higher or above
• At least 3 to 5 years solid experience in account receivable and account payable in a sizeable company
• A team-player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work overtime and commit to deadlines
• Hardworking and willing to learn
• Good PC skills, especially EXCEL. Knowledge of OBIEE and JDE an advantage
• Good command of English
