Requirements:

• F.6 or above
• 1 years working experience in service industries
• Service-oriented and hardworking
• Pleasant, Patient & good telephone manner
• Cheerful voice and hospitable
• Good command of spoken in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Computer knowledge is required

Duties:

• Handle hotline services and answer enquires for customers
• Handle customer complaints
• Provide administrative support to customer service department
• Shift duty is required
