Responsibilities (Investment):

• Assist in sourcing real estate opportunities i.e. land or portfolio acquisition in Hong Kong, Macao & Zhuhai region
• Support team head on M&A transactions, both pre-deal and post deal engagements. 
• Execute fieldwork of due diligence, including performing financial and business analyses
• Execute financial modeling and business valuation analyses
• Identify deal issues and assist in providing suggestions for solutions
• Prepare high quality reports and deliverables

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess no less than 5 years of solid experience in handling M&A transactions and/or business evaluation process
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Management, MBA is a plus
• Self-motivated, a good team player and willing to travel
• Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is a must
