Debt Capital Markets (DCM)

Director

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines. 
• Minimum 8 years’ DCM experience.
• Possess strong network across China, and be able to initiate new business relationship.
• Previous experience in sales and trading of fixed income will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, independent with strong interpersonal and communications skills. Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties.
• Currently being R.O. of Type 1 Regulated Activity will be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin.

VP/AVP

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in DCM. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for AVP position).
• Previous experience in sales and trading of fixed income will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated and passionate about personal and group accomplishment.
•  Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach to business.
• Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties.
•  Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a must.
• Frequent travel is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Powerpoint, Word & Excel.

Corporate Finance (CF)

VP/AVP

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines. CPA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, financial advisory.
• Experience in financial/valuation modeling and business planning are essential. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for AVP position).
• Self-motivated and passionate about personal and group accomplishment.
•  Ability to work independently with a collaborative approach to business.
• Good at building strategic relationship with internal and external parties.
•  Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a must.
• Frequent travel is required.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Powerpoint, Word & Excel.

Associate/Analyst

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines. CPA qualification is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, financial advisory. Experience in financial/valuation modeling are essential. (Candidates with less experience will be considered for Analyst position).
• Self-motivated and passionate about personal and group accomplishment.
•  Ability to work independently with a  collaborative approach to business.
• Good command of both written & spoken English & Chinese. Fluent Mandarin is a must.
• Frequent travel is required. 
• Proficiency in computer skills including Powerpoint, Word & Excel.
