Responsibilities:

• Ensure the daily activities of the credit administration function, including loan documentation, facility limit capture, lending condition checking for corporate banking and treasury business run smoothly and timely, and comply with guidelines, approval and statutory requirements
• Prepare, review and update guidelines and procedures
• Ensure timely submission of internal and regulatory MIS reports
• Participate in bank system enhancement projects and the respective UAT
• Review business practices, recommend suggestions and implement new processes to improve efficiency of the workflow
• Perform ad-hoc duties when need

Requirements

• Degree holder
• At least 8 years relevant experience
• Advanced level on Microsoft Office
• Well-versed in relevant policies & procedures for the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
• Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work independently and under pressure
