This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.

Responsibility:

• Assist the Project Engineer, Planning in managing design consultants and construction contractors to ensure programme and budget requirements are met
• Provide planning, programming and coordination supports in various stages of project development
• Prepare tender documents and ensure all programmes and interface requirements are incorporated in the design and construction documents properly
• Manage design and construction interface issue and work closely with designers and contractors to explore alternatives
• Liaise with project stakeholders to work out cost-effective solutions
• Prepare progress update and presentation material for management

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or other related disciplines, with at least 3 years’ relevant, preferably in the design, construction or project management of infrastructure projects, or completion of 2 years HKIE Scheme A training
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office application
• Holder of a valid HK driving license (Class 1, 2) is preferred
