Responsibilities :

1. To liaise with the Consultants, Main Contractor, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers for monitoring design and site progress.
2. To organize all project documents submission and approval.
3. To lead the project team from design stage to project handover stage.

Requirements :

1. Higher diploma or above in Civil / Building / Mech. Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years experience in project management on Curtain Wall / Facade projects.
3. Good knowledge in design codes and statutory submission.
4. Good computer skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project.
5. Good command of written and spoken in English and Chinese.
6. Applicant with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager.
