Responsibilities:

1. To carry out take-off from tender drawings;
2. To study tender drawings/ specification;
3. To prepare enquiry to material suppliers and sub-contractors for quotation;
4. To prepare the cost estimation based on tender proposal.

Requirements: 

1. Diploma or above in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
2. 3 years or above relevant experience in facade contractor is an advantage, but not essential;
3. Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
