Reporting to Project Director, your responsibilities will include :

1. Lead and manage project requirement (design / specification) in terms of profit, safety, programme, environmental and quality objectives;
2. Lead facade team in coordinating preconstruction / construction activities (experience on facade design process);.
3. Capacity on reviewing design intent and specification requirement to work with design team; Participate in the preparation of tenders (technical support);
4. Ensure all company policies and plans are aligned to the broader group processes and systems;
5. Good management skill for working out facade design with Consultant and Statutory Section;
6. Independently in-charge the facade projects.

Requirements :

1. Construction related Degree / High Diploma or equivalent;
2. Member of CSCPM or relevant is a must;.
3. Minimum of 12 years' relevant experience on facade, with at least 2 years holding managerial position;
4. Project exposure in Commercial / retail facade experience is highly advantageous;
5. Able to work independently, mature with good problem-solving skills;
6. Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills;
7. Experience on facade production process with facade design background preferable.
