Duties:

• Prepare CAD/ a full set drawings, shop drawing, furniture detail drawing, construction site working drawing, event set drawing, residential drawing, restaurant drawing etc.
• Produce detailed technical drawings to high degree of accuracy
• Assist designers in ad hoc projects as assigned
• Provide design guidance and presentation to staff and clients
• Coordinate with project team, all contractors/ sub-contractors during construction/ upgrading works to ensure design quality and alignment with client’s requirements. 
• Handle full spectrum of documentations, records, email and schedule.

 Requirements:

• 1- 4 years relevant working experience on design of Interior, Luxury Brand Fixture, Retail, Exhibition, residential projects
• Degree holder preferably in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline in design
• Able to handle construction drawings to manufacturing and contractors
• Knowledge in furniture design and building regulations is a plus
• Experience in space planning is an advantage
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a MUST
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, Illustrator, Photoshop and sketchup is an advantage
• Able to work independently
• Creative, good communication and presentation skills
• Good English is a must, speaking Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus
• With HK working permit
• Immediately available preferred
