JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Work at the Accounts Payable section
• Check suppliers’ invoices against confirmed delivery notes
• Communicate with suppliers when needed
• Liaise with colleagues who directly handle restaurant paperwork
• Work closely with the A/P officer
• Other ad hoc duties upon request

REQUIREMENTS:

• Prior experience in clerical work is preferred  
• Basic understanding of accounting procedure
• High School graduate
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task
• Fluent in Cantonese and semi/fluent in English
