Job Description
For the position 1 : Human Resources Officer
Job Description :
n Perform payroll administrative work and compile related HR and payroll monthly reports
n Maintain a complete and updated personnel records of newcomers, termination and
movement in HR system, personnel files and master files
n Assist in draft a company policy and procedures in support of the smooth operation of
the department
n Handle work injury and labour dispute case
n Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements for the post:
n Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
n Minimum 2 years relevant experience gained from F&B / hospitality industry
n Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
n Team play with good communication and interpersonal skills
n Capable to handle multi-tasks projects and work under pressure
n Able to work independently and under a fast pace environment
n Proficiency of MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
n Good command in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
n Immediately available is highly preferred
n Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
For the position 2 : Senior Human Resources Officer
Job Description :
n Handle full spectrum of HR duties, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll
calculation, C&B, MPF administration, taxation, training, monthly HR report etc.
n Maintain an update F&B staff database of the HR Information System
n To provide consultative and operational support to line managers on HR matters
including HR polices and procedures, performance management, market information
updates etc.
n To work closely with operations in recommendation and implementation of various
incentive schemes for front line staff.
n To handle staff movements and related issue, as well as to provide counselling to the
staff if necessary
n Handle work injury and labour dispute case
n Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements for the post:
n Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
n Minimum 6 years relevant experience gained from F&B / hospitality industry
n Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
n Team play with good communication and interpersonal skills
n Capable to handle multi-tasks projects and work under pressure
n Able to work independently and under a fast pace environment
n Proficiency of MS Word, Excel, Chinese word processing
n Good command in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
n Immediately available is highly preferred
