Our Client, a global FMCG firm, is looking for a detail-oriented and well-organized eBusiness Retail Design Manager (Haircare)for the creation of the packaging, retail and eCommerce design across Greater China haircare business.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and develop the high-quality eContent in online flagship stores and key online retailers
• Responsible for layout designs and visuals, usability and content of the web for the promotion and growth of business
• End-to-end responsibility for creation of winning packaging, retail design and eCommerce presentation
• Work closely with Brand and eCommerce teams as needed to define the design objective, success and brief to agency

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design/ E-Commerce/ Marketing with hands-on experience in maintaining and development of an E-Commerce application in online retail especially for premium skin/ beauty care brands at design agency or beauty and fashion company
• Experience at managing agencies and able to design a mobile-focused online eContent for driving online retail sales
• Strong design mastery combined with leadership, people management, project and budget management and technical skills
• Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin and English
