職責：

• 負責跟進客戶的付款和收款系統操作
• 與運營部門聯繫，確保記帳準確性
• 準時向客戶發出發票，並且與客戶協調解決問題
• 提交文件和其他特別文書職責

要求：

• 中五程度 / DSE或以上
• 擁有電腦經驗或數據網絡運營方面者優先，如網絡託管行業電訊行業，數據中心或伺服器中心
• 没有相關工作經驗的應徵者也會考慮
• 良好的口語和書寫中文，中文打字
• 熟悉電腦技能，如Excel，Word
• 熟悉多個平台的社交媒體，包括QQ和微信
• 良好的人際溝通能力，獨立工作能力以及良好的團隊合作精神
• 良好的電話溝通技巧方式，積極願意學習及具責任感的態度

Responsibilities:

• Responsible and follow up with customers’ payment & collection for billing daily system operations
• Liaise with operating departments and ensure billing accuracy
• Issue invoices to customers in a timely manner and coordinate with customers in problem fixing
• Filing and other ad hoc clerical duties

Requirements:

• Form 5 / DSE or above
• Experience in computer & data network operations, such as web hosting industry telecom industry, data centre or helpdesk centre is definite an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Chinese typing is necessary
• Proficiency in Computer Skills such as Excel, Word
• Familiar with social media across multiple platforms including QQ and WeChat
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work independently, as well as a good team player;
• Good telephone manner, positive attitude and willing to learn
• Immediately available or short notice preferred
• Recent Fresh graduates are welcome
