System Analyst/Analyst Programmer - .Net

Responsibilities:       

System analysis & design. Responsible for coding, application implementation and documentation of various projects.

Requirement:

• Degree in Computer Science, IT and or related disciplines;
• System Analyst : 8+ years of programming experience with 5+ years must be in similar position
• Analyst Programmer : 2+ years of programming experience
• Experience in ASP.NET, C#.NET, Enterprise Library 4.0 or above, Visual Studio 2008 or above, MS SQL Server 2008 or above;
• Experience in at least  one of the following skills :
• Web development using XML, JSON and PHP5
• Mobile development using Objective-C, Android / HTML5, CSS3 and JQuery Mobile - DB2, IBM Worklight
• Hand-on experience in Oracle, SQL sever databases and Java is a plus.

Analyst Programmer - Java

Responsibilities:

System analysis & design. Responsible for coding, application implementation and documentation of various projects.

Requirements :

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT and or related disciplines;
• 2+ years relevant post-qualification experience, software development with government project experience is preferable;
• Programming experience in Java is a MUST;
• Proficiency in J2EE Framework with solid programming experience is an advantage;
• Hand-on experience in Oracle and SQL sever databases;
• Experience in WEB application development  with PL/SQL, Java/J2EE, XML, JBOSS, Ajax, JSP, JQuery, HTML5 or PHP/Tomcat is an advantage OR
• Experience in PHP & .net platform, AS400/RPG Application

 Analyst Programmer – GIS

  Responsibilities:

• Prepare proposal and tender documents in response to clients' requirements;
• Development of data conversion and migration plan and strategies;
• Conducting requirement and justification studies;
• Analysis, design and implementation of multi-tier web application systems;
• Ensuring conformance of software packages against user requirement ; and
• Lead a team of programmer for application development and project implementation.

  Requirements:

• A degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology and or related disciplines;
• 2 + years’ experience in system analysis and design in SML, Java, .Net, reporting solutions and or other web application development;
• Must be proficient in Windows and Unix Platform;
• Solid experience on GIS is highly preferred;
• Hands on HKSAR Government SA&D and implementation experience;
• Good writing skills for documentation.

*Candidates with more experience will be considered as System Analyst.

*Candidates with less qualification and experience will be considered for Programmer
